The price is very good and the staff is nice. I also feel very secure and that my stuff will be safe. It is however a little bit dirty.

Good price and location. Seamless process for move in and very responsive to any questions.

Exactly what you pay for got a 5x5.

Took awhile to get set up, but it was easy, clean and reasonable.

Basic and affordable. Beware they can raise their prices within 6 months to 1 yr. just ask questions, all good on my end with recent move-in. Though month to month, their is still a lease to sign. Not all information in on the lease (ie: subject to price increases as early as 6 months). Be a smart consumer and you will be fine.

Very easy no fuss. Little difficult to get to the entrance but good location and price.

I moved my items in after spending about 30 mins with John. He made everything exceptionally clear in a professional and friendly manner. His tour of the facility was complete and thorough. The unit I rented was clean and ready to move into. All and all, renting and moving into this storage unit was painless. I'd recommend.

They were very nice and helpful. They were able to provide me with a larger sized unit at the same price that better for my needs. Very patient in explaining the paperwork and process since I am a first time renter. Very friendly.

For the first time in my life, I had to get a storage unit. I found the customer service to be excellent. The office manager was very helpful to explain the process, the insurance rates, and walk us to our unit. When we actually started moving things in, we had a tight squeeze to turn the U Haul around & exit! But my companion guided the truck and we were able to get out without a hitch! I would recommend AAA Alliance to anyone who needs a drive-up storage without the hassle of going up & down stairs and hallways.

Very nice personel and although there are some tight turns for cars and trucks getting in and out, we are pleased so far!

They are very unprofessional at this place. The manager is no pleasant to deal with at all. They are extremely unorganized.

After a long 10 hour drive in a 26 foot Uhaul from Northern California to San Diego, I found my self arriving right around closing time for the storage facility. The on site representative for AAA communicated with me throughout my drive and helped me not only to find the location but also assured me I would be OK when I arrived. He got me through the paperwork as quick as possible and gave me a very pleasant walk through of the facility. My unit was clean and accessible upon arrival. I was able to unload my Uhaul and get to my new place before dinner time! Thanks again to AAA self storage for turning what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one!

Outstanding facility, with great prices, highly recommended.

We recently moved into a new apartment which was smaller than our previous one. Needing a place to store some of our belongings, I found this place online and reserved a space. The next morning the manager called and arranged a meeting to view the space. When we arrived, the manager was very helpful and answered all of our questions. We paid for a 5' x 5' space. The next day, I realized that we needed more room and called to inquire about switching to a 5' x 10'. The change was made with no problem. When we brought our things to the facility, the manager came out and showed me where to park. When we were done, he helped guide me as I backed the truck out into the street. Outstanding customer service. The price is a little high, but that is the norm in San Diego. Definitely recommend.

The reservation on linewasvery easy to do. Check in was quick and efficient and the customer service was also very good.

I had a large storage that was too expensive to keep ....when I looked for another I found them all too expensive. I used SpareFoot and they found me this awesome deal on the size I needed....the best part of all ...it was just down the street from where I live!!! The units are clean and the service is great! I have already told my friends about them.....
