The facility itself is a little run down, the parking in the loading dock is typically crowded. However! The customer service is incredible and ultimately outshines the previously mentioned short comings. I completed paperwork and "move in "orientation within a half hour!

It took a few days for my pin code to go through (clerk said the pin pad was broke) so I can get through the door that leads to my storage room. However, the pin pad is now fixed and I can now get through to my storage area...

We just moved into a storage space here and the building, while a little old, is pretty clean and well kept. The lady at the front desk was excellent; she was very helpful in answering all of our questions and gave us a nice run through of the building to show us through the spot.

The assistant manager, Todd, was excellent. The online price I got for the month is incredible. If I stay longer than one month though cost will be a bit steep. Thus, my goal is to be out by the end of the month.
