No advertised $15 units, but a precarious $20 unit was available. However, it totaled $85 for the first month/out the door! ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS. High administration fee for what I'd already done online. Mandatory "insurance" which I didn't want or need. Mandatory purchase of their lock which I didn't want or need. Would I recommend this place? You've got to be kidding me. And, apparently, no carts for moving belongings around (carts are common at other storage facilities). POOR. VERY POOR. Max fees but min attention to customer.

Mercedes was wonderful at the front desk. She answered all of our questions and helped us get signed up very efficiently. The space is new, clean, and climate-controlled, which is so nice to have. We are very pleased with this location, the access hours, and the price. The staff is very friendly, too.

On line reservation was very simple and when I had questions, the 800 # was helpful and connected me to my storage location for additional info smoothly. My lock that I purchased was in the unit upon arrival.

My experience with Self Storage was excellent. The small details matter! The sliding doors made moving my items convenient. The Music uplifted my mood, brought back memories and made the experience enjoyable. The little welcome bag felt personable and so cute. Overall great, easy move in day {=

It's a nice facility, but the office closes at 6, which I find a little early for people who work regular jobs, and I wish it was open 24 hrs or at least until 11 or 12. I also think the price for the size is a little high, but it's probably competitive for San Diego.

My overall experience with this whole thing from A to Z has been amazing. I recommend cube smart off aero because I usually have issues with weirdos or feeling harassed by staff but not here. Thank u guys

The process was easy and quick. The facility itself was clean and gated. I believe, Kara was the manager who assisted us? She was great! Overall really pleased with my experience so far!

The place is very secure, clean and has props go help you move your belongings into your storage. Would totally recommend

Yesterday, I went around to various storage facilities. Many were old and did not appear very secure. This facility is brand new and use to be a warehouse. It is located in a industral/commercial area but only a few blocks from Costco in Carmel Mountain. What I liked about this facilitity is they are CLIMATE CONTROLLED BRAND NEW- clean - gorgeous and look very secure big doors metal roll up doors on all the units that are 10 feet wide. Extra high ceilings on the bottom floor Hours are 6 am to 10 pm. The prices were much better than older not climate controlled units. ANd they are currently offering a free month! 7.2019 Negative... only a few drive up units available that are outside Wendy was very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend to tour this unit

Nice facility. Feels brand-new. Convenient location, easy to find. Staff pleasant and helpful.

The units are a lot smaller than I imagined which makes the price seem a little steeper. However the staff was very patient with me and helped me pick a larger unit to accommodate my needs. The facility is well secured with cameras everywhere and only two entrances. I feel like my belongings are in a safe place and would recommend to anyone looking for a storage unit.
