Move in was fast, manager used great customer service

The customer service agent was extremely helpful and courteous

Quick and simple process to get all signed up and ready to put everything in the unit. They gave us a lock and the code to get in and we were good to go.

The storage is ok and fairly priced but when I called I could never reach anyone and only got a recording that ask you to leave a message and they will get back to you but I did not receive a call back but only once out of 7 times I called

The unit I am in is not climate-controlled, which is fine but because the unit is a storage it should have ample lighting. Lighting is provided outside of units in hallway but it is still not sufficient it still is not lit enough to reach to back of storage. There is also no outlet to plug a light of our own lighting. At night, there is not enough to feel safe to move stuff into storage or move things out. I felt uncomfortable because it was quite dark. I was in need of a dolly because I had some heavy things that I needed to move into my storage. They didn't have one. I was also referred by a third party to this storage and this third party said I would be provided a free truck to move my belongings in one trip. That was not the case. Management said there hasn't ever been a truck that customers could use. If I would have known before that I do not think I would have taken the unit because I was in dire need of a truck. But I took the unit because I was very tired from the move and I was alone and had to do this by myself. I was happy being able to get storage that same day. The units are for the most part clean but again, more ample lighting is needed - inside units and premises. Thank you

Overall nice customer service. I believe we had 1 problem, resolved with no problems as of yet. My Mom loved the way she could enter her unit from outdoors. She had units until she died in 2017 now Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m there. So they must be a okay establishment.

I enjoyed the help of the concierge at the facility, they helped us get our trucks in, left the gate open while we were moving to accommodate the extra large trucks and made the whole process simple. Couldn't ask for better service.

This is the best storage facility ever, and not because I got a $100 gift card to Amazon for writing this.

I guess for the price the units wouldn't be so bad if the walls didn't feel that weak n rotenning. Plus, 2 big downs: The receptionist doesnt have good customer skills. I was trying the whole time to explain some things and she kept interrupting. Two, making the reservation was a mess! They reserved 2 units w different prices, didnt have my name, nor my email or ph num!

Price is good, units are very clean and easily accessible, sign up process was quick- Maybe 15 minutes tops, front desk woman was very sweet and helpful, helped me through the sign up process and gave me honest advice of what unit i would need and didn't try to pointlessly upsell me. The only complaint i have is that it's a bit farther away from my place than i would have liked it to be but that's not their fault Г°ЕёЛњЕ  price makes it worth the trip

The girl behind the counter was really sweet and helpful. She set me up immediately. She was even nice enough to help a customer who arrived a few minutes before closing. Glad this location was available.

Monica was amazing!!!! Never felt more comfortable and right at place. Super easy walked me through it all. I would never go somewhere else but stick to this location and SPECIALLY WITH MONICA ! Ask for her you will never regret it :)

A 5x10 is really a 4.5x9, a 7x10 is really a 6.25x9. The walls are very thin and flimsy, anyone could bust into one of these units. They should be more honest about what they are offering and pro-rate your space when it isn't the correct dimensions.

We especially like that the Units are accessible till 10pm, that made a huge issue for us quite simple. The price & location were perfect and the facility was very very clean, compared to some of the other places we looked at earlier in the week. Over all is alright I would recommend to my family and friends. Price wise is a bit expensive, like the promotions at the beginning when I first got here. People working here are very professional and courteous.

Great experience. The storage was all ground level. No elevators or steps to negotiate. The biggest thing that stands out is the beautiful customer service I received. Outstanding!!

The paperwork was easy, customer service was good, and the facility was clean and sufficient. First issue I noticed was multiple cameras were down for the security. Another issue for me is it is hard to get into my storage unit because of the units door. To open my door there is a hinge (where my bolt goes through to lock the door). Even a nob drilled into the door would make me happier. I almost hurt my fingers a couple times trying to open my door. So far though I have been here for over 10 days and it is sufficient enough for me in the short term.

I just needed a little space to alleviate crowding in my house. The space was roomy especially in terms of floor space, and priced very reasonably.

Basically a good experience. Online service was great. The day I went to do paperwork, the young lady in the office was very nice and helpful. I was a little surprised by the insurance charge as itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not listed on the web site, I went ahead with the rental as itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s still a good price. We went an looked at the space and I told her I didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think everything would fit but could we go ahead and get it and then change if need be. Answer was yes. No on to move in day, we get there and sure enough to small, the nice young lady was gone and in her place was a smarty pants young man. He made sure that we knew we were inconvenient for him and cutting into his lunch. Also did his best to make sure I felt like an idiot because I got a space to small. I would recommend the facility to friends, but tell them if this young man is there come back on another day.
