Elevator has been broken for more than a week and I paid extra for the use of the elevator. I have a fast approaching move out date so this is unfortunite.

Joy helped me from start to finish & made the process super easy. She followed up with me after I made my online reservation & she met with me at the facility. Gave me a quick tour of the huge property in her golf cart & even showed me a couple units to make the best decision. I signed all the paper work after which was very fast. Everything was a breeze. She also told me to download the app which has been really helpful. Allows me to get into the property from my phone.

The movers unloaded my stuff, but the lift needed to get my stuff to the second floor was not working so I had to switch to smaller unit. The on site team was very helpful and found me another unit on the first floor, however it was smaller than my original. I had to pay my movers an additional $50 because the delay! I would recommend checking out your unit before you plan a move, My mistake.
