I am so pleased with Jamacha Point Self-Service. It's clean and safe and the people that checked me in were nice and friendly. I am so happy to have found this place.

Cheap and easy with cool staff.

I had a great experience overall. Price was the best around town, units are clean and secure, this will give you ease of mind that your belongings are safe. My only complaint is that they have a limited amount of carts to carry your heavy stuff, they should have more for the amount of units they have. So, if you happen to be moving in or out some of your belongings and all the carts are used, tough luck, you gotta wait. Additionally, when I happen to moving sruff in, I had to wait for the office lady to come help me find a cart, this took her an extra 20 minutes, 20 minutes out of my day that were enough for me to not be able to make it to costco. I was very unhappy as my time is precious.

Very Affordable Storage unit. I was able to move in the same day. the carts and Equipment work very well. The boxes and other moving items are cheap as well. they answered all my questions and got me out the door without feeling rushed. will certainly refer my friends and family here.

This place is the beez neez. I love going here because itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s so dang cheap. Why canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t the rest be like them?

Process getting moved in was simple, and all the paper work was laid out and easy to follow, as it should be. Any questions I had the agent was able to assist me with, and was quite patient. The 5x10 was a great amount of space and for a great price. The facilty is also clean and has AC. There is also a cart you can use if you have no one to assist you. Glad I found the place.

I found the best price for multiple listings of this storage place.When I arrived, it was very clean, check in easy and the staff very friendly and professional.

I found the best price for same Unit advertised elsewhere on SpareFoot. Although it is a 6-month price, it is all I needed plus the new rate is still less than others and only 4 miles from my home!

I would of liked it if the storage facility would close a little later than what they usually close they open from 8am go 6pm. It would be better if it where to open from 7am to 8 pm.

The storage facility and grounds are beautifully kept and very secure. The price is pretty decent but what attracted me most was the free truck which I did not get it. The person helping me was focused on how many lines I had to fill out before closing time and forgot to set me up for my appointment for my free truck. Other than that the experience was great. They have multiple elevators to the building and flatbeds that you can borrow without charge.

Office had great customer service, Manager Rayleen. She was friendly & informational. Also gave me time to decide whether the unit size would work for me. Overall. .. great rental experience!

Nice staff, good security. Bit disappointed they need 30 days notice to move out. That basically means I have to pay an extra month of storage after I've moved out. Wish I would have known when I booked because I would have looked elsewhere.

I like my unit and it fit everything I needed it to. The price isn't bad at all.

Overall, while every place has its pros and cons, Jamacha Self Storage is a great value. I received great customer service from the staff that helped me there, the price was great, and the facility looks-like-new.

Every part of my experience with Jamacha Point Self Storage so far has me feeling satisfied and worry-free... When I compare JPSS to my last storage rental expereince, (which was with a well-known storage name throughout San Diego) this place is way better, hands-down! Because of the convenience, cleanliness, and value I will undoubtedly be mentioning this place to the next person I hear is looking for some extra space! I chose JPSS because it was the least expensive place I saw online and it was close to my (old) house. I came late on a Sunday, just before close. To my surprise, I was in and out of that place with a key to my own storage within 35 minutes! The gentleman who assisted me was friendly, informative, and empathetic towards my needs; not to mention, he was quick! Plenty of clean restrooms, safe and secure, and easy to access. I don't have to worry about not getting my bill in the mail, because, thankfully, I can pay online. Couldn't get any better if you ask me.
