very nice guy at the front desk, showed me around and understood I had restricted time to be there. worked with me in a timely and friendly manner. was also very cheap, 5 minutes before I was at a different storage looking at higher prices, so I am appreciative of this one

Process was smooth, people were friendly and helpful and the facility is super clean. Pricing is good, I think although I’ve never used storage but I did check a few places. The key is to reserve online otherwise the 5 x 10 unit that I reserved would’ve been $150 instead of $55. First month is one dollar plus the service fee for the paperwork which is like $25 and then you have to buy the lock for like $21. All said first month out the door is about $50 bucks. One thing to know, access hours are 7 AM to 7 PM. If you need 24 hour access this would not be your facility.

My impression is I found these guys at the perfect time. In fact, I was looking for storage two months in advance, and everything was over priced and no occupancy. Then one day randomly, I decided to Google storage units in this place came up. Spoke with the grill and immediately got a storage space because of its value cleanliness and friendly customer service I highly recommend it and definitely recommending it to my girlfriend she’s probably gonna get a 20 x 20 storage lol anyways just wanted everyone to know that these guys are thumbs up!

Very good prices very large facility. I like it cause you could drive your U-Haul truck right up in the garage right to the elevator where you need to go staff is great Front Desk girl , marina , is an angel. Very happy with my choice to move my stuff into this facility.

Kettner is a Godsend. Living on Social Security, my budgetﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s tight. Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve been with Public Storage, but theyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve increased my unit at a cost I canﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t afford. I found Kettner on line and went to see their facility. Staff were great, the office, the grounds were clean and maintained. It is a safe environment, indoors to unload or load your belongings.

Good location and clean. Hopefully the price will keep me here.

Excellent customer service, clean and convenient facility. My only gripe is there is no light source within the unit itself so makes it a bit difficult to properly arrange and/or look for items. Otherwise definitely recommend this place.
