Jose the manager is the best! The storage unit is perfect for what I need.

The staff is very friendly, fast, and helpful. Safety code at entrance. It has been one of my best experience. Staff takes care of customer needs. Rates are awesome. Highly recommended.

They didn't honor the terms of the discount of the reservation. It was a higher rate. A total bait and switch scam. Also I was informed by the clerk this facility has a rodent problem of mice and rats. They have a sign posted saying they have rodent damage protection that only covers $500 of damage

William and Kevin were very helpful and accommodating. Provided a very thorough tour and was open to show me different size units.

The facility is clean inside and out. The staff is very accomodating and friendly. The prices are competitive with other places but it was the availability of what I wanted and it's price is what attracted me. I would recommend this place to someone looking for a nice secure facility with reasonable prices and friendly staff.

I had a great experience with the staff.

The facility seems clean and safe and the pricing is fair. I had made an on-line reservation and was told the on-line reservation included one month free rent. The email I received confirmed that. After all the paperwork was done at the office, I reviewed my receipt before I left the office. I noticed that the one month month free rent was not reflected in the paperwork. The office personnel said the computer wouldn't let her do that and that I would need to talk to the manager who wouldn't be available for 2 days. I telephoned him 2 days later and he said he would correct it and send me an email confirmation. I have not yet received the confirmation email and when I called again, he said I could pick it up in the office. I explained that was quite a drive for me and could it be resent. He said I was calling him a liar. I said "no" this was a business transaction and I wanted a receipt that accurately reflected the transaction. He again told me I could pick it up in the office!

Jose was very helpful and patient with me. Excellent t customer service and spotless facilities. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for storage.

I like the location and security measures used by this storage facility. The only thing that needs improvement are the details of the storage units. Only the storage area is show, i.e. 8'x10', not the shape of the unit. I was expecting a rectangle but ended up with a wedge-shaped trapezoid in a bend around a corner. Luckily it worked out but if I had known from the get go I might have made a different choice in facilities.

Friendly staff and nice facility

Just googled and took my chance. Went by other ratings. It was a last minute decision for me as I needed one ASAP! From the first phone call to unloading, it was great. Front desk pleasant to work with. Bradley was exceptional. He was always making sure we were doing ok as we were unloading. Very personable. Clean facilities!

Walked in not really knowing what to expect or really what I even needed but was assisted along the way and everything was quick easy and painless

Absolute loved the service I received from all the ladies there, especially Sobrina! She is most amazing and very thorough abs explains every little detail and makes sure u understand abs get to try to out to make sure everything works properly. Everyone was so incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming! Facility is super clean and easy to access! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND RHIS FACILITY TO EVERYONE!!!

The storage facility was clean and the person that helped me was patient and friendly

The process from reservation to move-in was fast and efficient. This facility is clean and secure. The loading areas are spacious. There is plenty of parking. Access into and out of the location from the street is easy. I recommend this facility if storage is needed.

Overall I would say that it was a good experience. One problem was they had sold out on all of their locks and I had to wait over an hour till the young lady left the lot to get more locks. For me it was a big inconvenience as I had other obligations that had to be put off. I would tell a friend that this is a good place
