Great place, Elizabeth was so nice and so helpful and help me save money!

The ad on google was false advertisement. The amount I was told the unit would cost by the second party & how much to bring was incorrect. The amount I was asked to actually pay upon arrival was significantly greater.

One of the few Type 14 facilities in the County. Former storage facility kept jacking up rates - after three years they were more than double original price - they also charged convenience fees for online or phone payments, required insurance and no trash cans on site - How the heck can residents be expected to keep area clean with no Trash Cans?! Pacific Storage so far so good - two thumbs up.

The facility is very clean and secure. The check in process was quick and easy plus we got a great deal on the first 3 months. No complaints.

A little bummed how I was treated. Rented a second unit and the rep said he'd match my first rental price of $199. Then I see a charge that showed full price on my credit card. He said he made a mistake, then tried to say he meant I would get a special price, and then switched the story saying his boss got mad that he agreed to the price. The manager didn't even call me to explain. Terrible customer service. Unethical.

Seriously though, this is by far the nicest storage facility that I have ever used.

I was promptly welcomed and provided all the necessary information in a very friendly manner.

I found out just a few days before I had to be out of my apartment that my new apartment wouldn't be ready on our originally scheduled move-in date. I frantically was looking for a unit that was conveniently located to my apartment and found Pacific Hwy Storage. I called and they walked me through what I needed to do before I arrived, and when I got there it was a quick and easy process. He made me use the key pad every time it was needed, instead of just letting us in, as well at the lock to my unit, ensuring I was comfortable with how it worked. This was right at closing, so they could have turned me away, but they didn't and went above and beyond instead of shoving me out in a hurry!

Incredibly helpful and kind staff. The place feels so secure and safe as well.

Great experience. Jala on the phone was so friendly and that's what got me in. All of my belonging were destroyed at another storage this summer. It's been so stressful. She showed me several options. Had a move in Promo and even a truck to move my things

Easy to work with and had me in and out with all the paperwork in about 30 minutes including all my questions. I almost spent more time in traffic going home.

You get what you pay for. The great people here are friendly, quick, and customer service focused. The cost is higher than at other units, but for the security and peace of mind I'll gladly pay it.

this storage facility and its staff are great. Its very clean and secure and easily accessible. The only complaint ii have are the hours of operation, they close and lock up at 7pm Mon-Sat and Sun at 5pm. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

I am very pleased with my experience storing my belongings at Pacific Highway Storage. It's safe, clean, the employees are pleasant, and the price is right. My ONLY request? Stay open till at least 8 p.m. in the summer! :)

Not only did they provide me with the best price for an 8x10 storage unit in San Diego, but they provided a moving truck free of charge!!! My men and I moved within 3 hours. It was the most painless experience I have ever had in finding good affordable storage.
