Located next to COSTCO, Price Self Storage on Morena Boulevard is San Diegos ONLY drive-in storage facility Drive your car or truck directly into our building for the added convenience of loading and unloading at your individual storage room. This facility serves the communities of San Diego, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, La Jolla, Clairemont and surrounding areas. Open 7 days a week, this clean, well-lit facility features unit sizes from 5x5 to 12x30 with a large selection of ground floor units with drive up access, extra wide elevators to upper level units, and state-of-the-art security including personal computerized gate access and and video cameras in key areas. We offer month-to-month leases, competitive rates and no deposit required. We provide courtesy carts to make your move easier, and our professional resident managers are available to assist you. Weve got personal and business storage solutions to fit any need or budget. Storage Made Simple Gate Access Hours: 7AM - 7PM. We sell boxes and moving supplies. *First Month's Rent Free applies to base rent only. Fees, including a one-time administrative fee (29) and a monthly recurring Protection Plan payment (16) due upon move-in. Occupants are automatically enrolled in the Protection Plan but may opt-out of participation and obtain a refund of the Protection Plan payment by completing a form and providing proof of insurance within 30 days of signing the Self-Storage Agreement (as more particularly set forth therein). Any invitation or offer providing rental discounts, move-in specials, promotions or guarantees, is subject to the following: Limited to designated units at designated facilities. No substitutions are permitted. Offers subject to availability of spaces and only available to new customers signing and entering into the Price Self Storage agreement. Offers not available to existing occupants requesting to relocate within the facility. Offers only available once per unit, per occupant. Offers apply to base monthly storage fees only. Promotions are available for a limited time and subject to availability. Offers exclude any applicable costs of merchandise, additional services, administrative fees, taxes, Protection Plan payments, and incidental costs of labor, transportation, or similar costs. moving carts are not well maintained and lack variety to move different items. the token requirement seems a bit tedious and unnecessary. while moving my mattress with a few scuffs on the floor, it became extremely dirty

Super easy! Reserved the space on line and received a call almost immediately! I was able to do most of the registration over the phone. When I arrived at the facility, they took me straight back to the unit to inspect. I even drove my car almost directly to the unit, used their hand cart to empty my car. Staff is awesome!

I really appreciated how much they helped us, making sure the unit was what we needed, and the size was good. This place worked out really well for my wife and I. It was easy to access our unit, easy to move stuff in, and easy to book it.

We started at a facility closer to home only for the sake of convenience, but as we watched how they brusquely handled other customers we decided the convenience was not worth it and headed to Price Self Storage, which was twice as far away from home. However, as soon as we walked in we were impressed with how immaculately clean everything was, and the gentleman who helped us was helpful in every way possible, so we knew we made the right choice from the start. He addressed all our concerns about temperature, access, the length of the lease (because it was an odd length of time), etc. thoroughly, and we felt assured that our belongings would be perfectly safe there. Plus, it's located right next to Costco, so we were able to take work breaks at the snack bar.

Advertising a free truck is deceptive. the use of the truck is only available on Mondays and Thursdays. They should tell you this. I commend the truck driver on his ability to transport everything w/o anything tipping over or drawers coming out etc. 24 hour access is also misrepresented..... the access is 7 am to 6:30 pm. I decided 2 rent here due to their advertising on the internet...too bad their advertising is false....
