Open 7 days a week, this clean, well-lit facility features unit sizes from 5x5 to 10x40 with a large selection of ground floor units with drive up access, and extra wide elevators to upper level units, state-of-the-art security including personal computerized gate access and video cameras in key areas. We offer month-to-month leases, competitive rates and no deposit required. We provide courtesy carts to make your move easier, and our professional resident managers are available to assist you. Weve got personal and business storage solutions to fit any need or budget. Storage Made Simple Gate Access Hours: 7AM to 7PM. We sell boxes and moving supplies. *First Month's Rent Free applies to base rent only. 1st, Jose the manager is top-notch! You are assured the place will be in perfect order and well-kept. The units are clean, elevators work perfect and there is no "bad spot" in the building. They keep criminals out so it is a more secure place than many others around and they won't tolerate it! Storage may be simple but running it well is not common, they stand out all around and everyone is really friendly and helpful and the place is kept well, has no visible issues to the building, roof or equipment

I was very happy with the facility and the customer service. My only complaint was the lack of infromation from the person that helped me. The $14 fee for insurance was not mentioned, that I saw, in advance. When she mentioned it I was trying to find out more about it and I really felt that she was not open with information. She should have mentioned in the begining when I was signing papers that my rental insurance might cover it. I asked many questions in order to find that out. Other than that I am very happy.

-The cart check in/out is a pain, especially if u have multiple trips in a day. -Then the pavement is slanted, so your cart won’t stay in one spot. -The driveway is a hill, so you better have your stuff secure in the back. -Same scam they all have, when it comes to locks and insurance. +Staff is friendly. +Affordable comparatively. +Close to the freeway.

I reserved my storage unit online, which I was told by facility personnel is cheaper then just walking in. Additionally, I got my first month free for reserving online. Upon arrival, and seeing the size of the unit I chose on line would be too small, I was able to rent the next size up unit with no hassle. They offered the use of their free moving truck (must be under 30 miles round trip) and I was able to reserve for following (Satur)day morning. Lastly, if you are still on site after 7p, you only have 15min to exit before they charge you 25.00 for each 15 min you run late. BE AWARE!

I've just moved my stuff into a 10x20 unit and after telling the employee how much stuff I had he immediately recommended one that had a taller ceiling. Very helpful staff. It's a clean facility but I was distressed at the lack of security cameras inside of the building but I was glad to know the facility shit down earlier than other facilities which I can see how that would make it safer. The staff was also friendly in that while I was waiting on the movers to bring my things they insisted I bring myself and my toddler into the lobby to wait vs my vehicle.

Great pricing and helpful staff but over-use of codes for access. There is a minimum of 3 separate instances you must enter your access code per visit. This increases if you make more than one trip from the car to your locker. Parking is inconvenient at best and causes many backups because of immobility and lane blockage.

The friendliness of the employees is the only deal breaker for me. The pricing seems slightly lower than other facilities but still feels like too much for what I'm getting. I had to upgrade to a 7X10 box for $137/month. Some transients seems to be living out of storage units or possibly hanging out in them while the facility is open. Very nice of Price to allow but it's awkward. The free moving truck was awesome and really helped me out.

The place is great and the staff is wonderful. The elevator doesn't work- the door has to open and close multiple times before the buzzer goes off and it forces itself shut. Once this is fixed, the place is perfect.

I guess it's been a while since I've rented a storage unit, but I was impressed with the security. You get a unique code to open the gate to even just get on the site. The code only works in your building, and since mine wasn't on the ground floor, the code calls the elevator that only lets you on to your floor only. Well, supposedly... I didn't test it or anything. Maybe I'll test it next time I'm there... Only inconveniences are (1) it does not have 24 hour access, and (2) you can only use one of those round locks (I had a padlock I was hoping to use, but no dice). You could probably buy one online if you had time, but otherwise you can buy one from them for $8. Not bad. These inconveniences seem to be pretty standard in the industry, so not big deals at all. Overall, friendly staff (which goes a long way in my book), and no hidden fees or conditions. Straightforward, which I like.

The place is good, serves every need you'll have for storage in a safe and clean way. Access is easy and quick, and they have free trolleys for your stuff. The staff is really friendly and helpful. However, there was an $8 charge/month that Spare Foot did not list on their website, so that came as a surprise when i was signing the paperwork. Also, a friend has had the same size storage unit there for over three years, and they have raised their prices 4 times without notification. It is now $30 more than the original price.

Shane was so very professional and patient and took care to explain everything including helping me carry out boxes I purchased. The process is very streamlined and, yes, there is $8 more than expected each month but it's for additional insurance which also covers your own deductible if something were to happen. It's clean, very secure easy to use. They offer free carts to move items to and from storage including a fantastic service of a free transport of your belongings to the facility!! They bring a truck and leave it for you to fill for 2 hours then you follow their driver back so you can unload it using the easy carts. Very cool offering and the driver, Chris, is amazing!!

they'll give you one price over the phone, but once you get your things moved in they'll tell you about the additional monthly fees that need to be tacked onto your monthly bill. so, take whatever they tell you over the phone, and add $10 to it. That's what you'll pay every month.

So far so good. I might get hooked on having a storage unit for excess belongings. The only draw back is the location of the entire storage facility. It's not going to be easy to get to it at certain times of the day. Wish the cancelation policy was a more like 7 days, too.

I learned on Friday that my mother-in-law's home would be rented on Tuesday. I found this facility on-line at about midnight. I called at around 9:00 the next morning and explained my situation. I traveled 90 miles from my home and met with them and selected my unit and got everything ready to move the furniture into the unit on Monday. They were very kind and helpful in a time of stress.
