I had great help while I was at Public Storage. I was helped promptlyand treated with courtesy and respect. The Storage space was ckean and easy to access. I accidentky left my lock in the open position on the first night that i was there and someone promptly contacted me both via phone amd e-mail. Which was greatly appreciated. So far my experience with Public storage has been wonderful

I came in late Saturday afternoon ( about half hour before closing) to rent a storage space, when I walked in Shawnte had 3 other guests. She was calm and helped each one appropriately. She was super nice to me even thought it was close to closing time. She explain the rental process to me. She showed me the rental spot. Shawnte is very professional!!!
