Wonderful service, nice ladies!

Great service. Answered all my questions, made the move in process pretty seamless.

Easy access from freeway. Office personnel very nice. A bit concerning is the amount of homeless in vicinity. Pavement could use some attention.

The people there are nice and everything get taken care of quickly and easily

From my initial inquiry with your call center to lock up and departure from the site, I was so thoroughly impressed with the customer service I will be using public storage throughout the US and Canada during my year long travels as needed. Very much appreciated!

I didn't like that Storage Manager insisted I pay additional fee for Insurance. I have my own how insurance policy and didn't want to pay extra per month to their insurance company owned by Public Storage.

Facility manager has an attitude with customers on multiple occasions.

was not told i had to purchase a 20 dollar cylinder lock from the facility and insurance when i really cannot afford those things

I just want you to know that every time I've came into the Pacific hwy. location and Sheila was behind the counter she's been very Profesional. I give her and her staff 5 stars.

Very easy to get a unit and the access hours are great. I let the staff know a few months ago that the light in my unit has been out for about a month and it's still out. Light from the hall is enough for what I've needed to do and this minor issue is resolvedmy only complaint.

Sheila did a great job walking thru everything I needed and answered my questions with great information....

I love this place because she lays the best manager property manager person so nice on time caring of my situation meets my needs with flying colors couldn't ask for more this is the place to be if you're in the beach area are dang even if you're just in the San Diego area I'm serious come see Sheila at your public storage opposite of Highway 5175 San Diego California 92110 office hours are Monday to Friday 9:30 to 6 Saturday 9:30 to 5 and Sunday 9:30 to 5 gate hours are always 6 a.m. to 9 p.m.

I've had to rent a-many-a-storage unit in my day and and I must say that Ms. Sheila's property is well kept and her staff is extremely helpful. Definitely enjoy working with them. Cheers!

The manager who was there to help was very polite and knowledgeable. The spaces were clean and suited my needs perfectly, I like the location and I have peace of mind leaving my stuff there while I deploy thanks to having a gate code, and two more locks to get through to get to my things.

The staff were very accommodating when I needed a second storage unit. They made sure I had my new unit that was conveniently close to my other one. Moving things into a storage unit is never a fun job but the ladies in the office helped make things smoother for me, thanks a bunch!

I recently rented a space at Public Storage, Pacific Highway, San Diego. I reserved my desired space and the initial contact went very smoothly with paperwork well organized and ready to go. The space was clean and ready to rent. Very satisfied with the instructions and guidance I received. Several small problems were noticed after move-in and brought to the staff's attention. The staff has been very good about letting me know how my requests will be handled, and addressing my concerns. Impressed with online billing, courtesy phone call to follow up, and overall approachability and friendliness of onsite staff, who always seem willing to help.
