I had a great experience at this Public Storage location. I reserved my unit online and the process was very simple. Donna followed up with a helpful phone call, and both Donna and June assisted me when I arrived in person. They took the time to answer all of my questions clearly before completing my rental application. Even though they were close to closing time, they never made me feel rushed and provided patient, friendly, and thorough customer service. The entire process was fast, smooth, and easy. I truly appreciate their professionalism and support. I highly recommend this location for your storage needs.

Good price was a huge plus. However, the facility needs cleaning, and they need 10 or so more moving carts.

Manager Sara helped from beginning to move in day. She was key as Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m out of state. She worked well with the movers.

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s not really busy so you donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have to wait for carts or the elevator. The hallways are wide enough to manuever those carts with ease

I rented a 10' X 10' storage locker in December of 2019 for $123.00. Last week in August of 2020, I rented a 10' x 10' storage locker and the rental price was $181.00 !!! Strange increase for the same thing.

Most everything was good.. office staff was nice. 800 staff misinformed about rates. The elevator loading area and the elevator was very dirty. The elevator was slow and there was no way to hold the elevator door open.

Mike is an excellent representative for the company. He is very friendly, and helpful. He explained everything very clearly. He made the process easy. I would highly recommend this company to my friends!

The staff was very helpful very nice and efficient was really easy .

What can I say. From the moment I put my code in at the gate. Feeling secure I proceed to the elevator, of course needs code, AWESOME!!! Here the 2nd floor I proceed to mystorage space. Door made of metal, I feel secure. Love this place compared to the other one. Well gotta go. Thanks PUBLIC STORAGE.

I love the easy access.

Fast and easy

So far I've been with public Storage for almost 3 weeks and it's been good. No issues. The staff there are very nice. The only thing I don't like is that it has no light in the storage room but other than that it's ok.

I really love the location and i never have a problem so please give us other chances and we will make it right

It was a bit warm while moving my items, so make sure that movers are dressed lightly. The 5' x 10' space has ample space for those that are moving with not a lot of things. The person helping me check into the storage unit, Ana, was friendly and helpful, walking me through checking on the unit, asking after if I had forgotten anything to make storing my stuff better. It was a pleasant experience after being on the road for so long (drove from Washington State to San Diego, CA for school and this was my first stop).

I think the staff is terrific.

The staff is awesome! Helpful and kind. Alas this storage facility is inundated with homeless people, making the experience of going there VERY rough. They store their belongings there overnight or throughout the day and then rush the security gate when it opens to retrieve their stuff. Its so incredibly unsettling.

Awesome place. Very scenic, very economic and public. So much storage. Great staff.

I have the greatest time taking with the staff here! David, Emily and Gabe treat you like family and make coming here worth it. The facility is clean, and the locals are more entertaining than a soap opera.

I've been here for 10 years and never had a bad experience. The staff have been wonderful to me and to my spouse. David and Emily are wonderful, professional, and deal great with homeless people. I give this place 10 stars!

Such great customer service! Audrey and David were so helpful helping me pick out my storage unit. I was indecisive at which unit I should get and they were very knowledgeable and patient as well. I worked in customer service for about 4 years and I know that the needs of my customer come first and they did a great job doing so! Representing Public Storage very well!!

The staff goes over and above the call of duty. They are very professional yet act as your friend with actual care for your needs. They listen to you patiently and offer suggestions. And try to give you options to help solve your dilemma.When helping you to find a storage unit to serve your needs the staff is fast and efficient, if possible they also show you different units which may satisfy your particular storage needs. Overall your Customer Service is Fantastic. My only suggestion is to save the film of your security cameras for more than one day. Otherwise the 24 hour Guards lighting, and locking the buildings help to make me feel that my items in storage are very well protected. Thank you very much for the very enjoyable interaction with your staff. They are truly the finest compared to any industry.

Public storage in Martinez CA is a great location with great customer service. I have dealt with Hank and he has helped me quite a few occasions with picking units and explaining why this location is so safe.

Had me in and out in a matter of minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff.
