Public Storage - San Diego - 6200 Miramar Rd

I have done business at this Public Storage location several times over the years. It is a clean and well-run facility. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for RV storage.

Storage is storage for parking anyway. Price and location are the key to picking a parking space, and this location fits the bill.

Easy access to vehicle spots and access to storage. Right off Miramar rd.

Easy to rent and get in and park but had questions for the on duty manager and after move in wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t able to get ahold of them. Phone number on door went to corporate.

This was one of the easiest transactions I ever made. The facility is nice I feel it is secure and the customer service on Saturday September 2, 2023 was excellent Г°ЕёЛњЕ highly recommended this facility.

The spaces were really tight. But we got the RV in only issue is that we cannot open the door to get into the RV to clean it out.

Great location and price…however, no one is in office when I go there ….3 times actually. Have called 4 times…no answer, leave voice mail and no response. I asked for a map of the storage facility for my 5th wheel rv as well as a possible easier back up location (hard to back up my rig). No response. Left voice messages, no reply. Horrible customer service….but I like the location and price. Wondering about security since no one seems to be around!

Maybe I just lucked out, but I got a great spot for my RV (easy back in & extra overhang room) at a much better rate then at the place that gave everyone 30 days to move their rigs, plus even a bit closer to home Add to that the rep on site couldnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t have been more helpful (Bailey) Looking forward to a long happy relationship

Everything went fast and smoothly, we resolve our storage problem in a matter of hours thanks to Public Storage and Sparefoot.

Good place to store your RV or mobile home for safe keeping.

Public Storage sent me a notice my unit had been moved out of and closed out. WhenI called them they said they accidentally moved out the wrong unit in the computer. Horrible Experience with this location. They continually raise the rent, even in a pandemic. They are quick to place you in auction if you are the slightest bit late on a payment or threaten you by saying they locked your unit. They also sent me a message telling my my stuff had been moved out of my storage unit, than when I called said it was an error. A week later I received an increase in rent.

Customer service was excellent.

The space is nice but spaces are just spaces. Brittany begins the desk went out of her way to show me my unit and explain the security protocols. She was outstanding and a great addition to your program

Made reservation online but unit was not available when I arrived at the location. However, the location associated was able to help me get some different that was acceptable and she was very nice and helpful.

Incredible service and sincere concern for my needs and questions. Clean facility and reasonable hours to get my belongings in our out during the day! I'm very pleased that the staff takes care of either answering my questions or will take it upon themselves to find the answer if they are not sure if something. The storage prices are competitive, but still a bit on the high side. Would like to see prices a little lower. Who wouldn't!... Overall, a big plus +++?. Awesome service! This is a really nice self storage company! Gary is really helpful and nice, he gave me very nice advice of packing and helped me a lot choose the best storage room to me. The space is dry and clean, and the facility is well-protected, I highly recommend public storage to anyone!

Excellent customer service!

Told had access to unit 6am to 9pm 7 days/wk, carts available to use at each elevator since my unit is on 2nd floor. Come to find out can only use cart during rental office hours so all week after work by 6pm I can't bring or get anything heavy since I don't have a cart to use. Then on weekends, have to return cart by 5pm so can't move anything rest of evening. Doesn't do much good to have access from 6am to 9pm. Actually only 2 carts available, Sat I had to wait for an hour because they were trying to locate cart. Had I known this was an issue, I would have chosen a different facility. Your staff at facility are all extremely nice & helpful at least.

I scheduled a move in. Moving in was a breeze. Large carts available for moving stuff from truck to unit. Nice, clean, accessible facility. Great customer service. Trevon, the manager, was very helpful and provided great service.

I had Trevon helping me move in today. He is extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. We highly recommend this place.

Ivan at the 6200 Miramar road location was GREAT! Polite, helpful & decent fellow. The premises could really use a trash pick up & basic cleaning though. There's garbage piled up at ever corner near elevators.

I made the reservation online and went in the next day. Angela was so nice and explained the process, gave me a tour, showed the unit & asked if I would like to see the next size up in case the 5x5 was too small. Advised me on how best to store the unit to get the maximum space allotted. Very very helpful. She also helped me get some boxes and was very descriptive with regards to size and typical packing procedure.

Public Storage has great deals and their staff is friendly and courteous.

As we continue moving between locations, we have found Public Storage to be a great solution to reduce the amount we are moving. This location is very clean and the units are highly accessible. Everything seems very secure here, both from theft and we see there. The staff has been wonderful to work with as they have met all our needs.
