I have used Public Storage for decades. In almost every case, the property managers are competent and responsive to the requests I have made of them.

I already shared my experience w/ the gentleman that helped me out in finding a storage for my needs. David I think was his name. Very helpful, kind, nice . A person that really likes & knows how to do there job well.

So far, everything has been great. From first working with Maria and moving into a very nice unit to having the the monthly payments automatically deducted from my bank account.

Quick friendly service by Pat. Was surprised that they require you to buy additional insurance. Only need the unit for a few months and so far I have no complaints. Got the unit at a good price and was able to pay in advance.

It was really nice to do business with a friendly customer service representative who was not only perfessional but patient.I really appreciated the respect.Things are stressful when you are moving and it was nice for a change to not have to add anymore unecessary stress.I love the price and the neatly kept storage facility.thank you.

Great crew and clean

The public storage did a great job, I didn't put my lock on right and they emailed me to let me know. So I went over there and the guy took off there lock and show me how to put my lock on right, thanks to them I didn't get anything stolen

Pat is great and very helpful. Although, I am concerned that there is not much lighting in the unit. The place is very affordable.

Great location and staff! Location was very clean, and the staff really made this visit easy. Special thanks to the young lady that helped me out, I believe she was new but she was very helpful and definitely patient! I definitely recommend this public storage.

It's open late for convenience and can't beat the $1 deal.

Pat was great to work with, she was very friendly and informative. She showed me around and made sure the locker was what I needed before I filled out any paperwork. I have used other storage facilities and I would say she (Pat) is probably the most thorough I've worked with.

We rented a unit from property manager, Pat, who was extremely knowledgeable, professional yet customer friendly. The entire process was quick, economically painless along with being conveniently located with great hours of operation. Thank you Pat for making a tedious chore much more pleasant in such a fast manner.

Overall pretty happy with the place, wish it wasn't quite as expensive but it is what it is. Staff is helpful and get baxk to you in time when you leave a message.
