Decent price. Decent hours. Decent customer service. The lady was nice and helpful. The elevator was broken which was inconvenient. Thereﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s another way to go without using stairs but it required a lot more turns which is difficult with the carts. The halls are confusing and not very well marked.

Lisa was easy to work with and provided great customer service. The site is clean and well kept. Move-in was easy.

Really good location and quality of storage

Definitely a storage unit. Spacious floor plan with an open kitchen. 5.5 bath, 1 bed. Ocean views to die for!! My wife's boyfriend highly recommended it! Just hope the iceblocks don't melt before summer.

Went to A1 storage first because it said first month free. However, after inquiring about it, it wasn't free on the unit I needed. So I went down the street to Public Storage and for the same size unit it was $25 less per month. The gentleman who helped me out was super friendly, quick, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this place!

A little dirty in the hallways and not enough carts for moving your things around

This is a newer facility. The prices aren't? bad but the customer service has a lot to be desired. Overall I feel like my stuff will be secure there and they aren't killing my pocket book.

The Public Storage place is working for me. I needed a small air conditioned unit for old pictures and documents. I drive right up to the secure building and go through all the security systems to get in. The front desk is helpful when I have an inquiry.

I had an amazing experience at your property . I had been having a very tough couple of days moving around with a lot of personal belongings in my car. So much that it was beginning to cause problems with my vehicle. Jake and Kayla went above and beyond to help me in that difficult time ., I am so grateful for the two kind spirits who where super professional but not cold. The only reason I didn't give a perfect score was because of the spider webs in the entrance to storage ... nothing got me I was just a little nervous. The storage was what was expected but the customer service blew me away thank you.

From the easy sign-up, simplicity of the walk-through, and the clean spaces and competitive pricing, my experience with Public Storage has been great. I needed a 10x10 space on short notice (the next morning!) and they accommodated me quickly and professionally.

Brian & Adrian are great at there job, they are patient and willing to answer all your questions, they are not pressuring you to rent a storage from there company. They both have great customer service skills, friendly, fast and efficient. They made my moving experience a breeze.

I was looking for garage space for a classic automobile. The person who emailed me back was very prompt to answer and very helpful in my search. The storage units are just way too expensive. If I had a garage I would use it. If I could afford the normal rent on a garage, I would do that. The lace is just too high for my budget.
