Public Storage - San Diego - 984 Sherman Street

The facility was clean. The staff was friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable,. All my questions were answered. So far so good as I have just moved in. But I like the accessibility ease of finding my unit and the availability of staff on site to help if needed.

Over all good location, easy in easy to find my unit.

The onsite staff were very helpful in getting me setup in my space and answered all of my questions. Easy and secure. :)

Only negative so far is are junky elevator call buttons

I am 5'10" tall and it seems smaller than advertised size. Apparently a colony of spiders had just moved out judging by the amount of webs. Maybe they were trying to start their own WWW?

I should have done more research on storage units, but Public Storage does not advertise that insurance is necessary and locks are not included in the quoted price. Be prepared to pay an extra $11-15 per month for insurance and $20 for a lock.

The rep there (I think her name was Amanda) was excellent, explained everything, showed me a couple of units and explained all the options and benefits that their location offered. Very patient, easy to work with, a total delight! I highly recommend!

It was a great experience overall. Nice staff, easy "check-in" process, efficient. The Unit itself could be a bit better kept, and BETTER climate controlled.

I dont have access to my storage for unknown reasons, I spoke with the lady in the front desk, she told me to call the manager, I called him and he wouldn't answer or give me a call back

Amanda was amazing!

Today I had a limited time to unload my car but could do nothing without a cart. I was told that they were all lent out (yet one was left locked up) and I saw someone check out two carts. After waiting around for at least 2 hours, I was unable to unload my car, it's still full.

Mary was so professional. She answered every questions. Walked me around the property.

The women who help me was one of the best people I have ever met in my life she new all the question I ask and was so nice and helpful make sure she gets a raise or better position all ur employees need to be like her

Very clean and well maintained facility. They had a good promotion on a large unit, the first month was only $1. Seville was great, she walked me through everything and was extremely helpful and pleasant!
