Guys have been great so far, really helpfull on how the elivator code worked.

Staff was polite and help me personally to show me how to use the code pads for the security doors and elevator, I like the coded elevator. A second layer of security.

Hey I think you guys are good at what you do. You made my move super simple and easy, I went to one of your locations and saw the unit and decided that it was too much space so I went to the worker and he recommended me to another public storage just two blocks down. As soon as I got there, the workers knew who I was and took me right to the unit. I inspected it and was satisfied. I signed all the documents needed and I finished up my move from my apartment in less than 2 hours. I thought I was going to be moving for a whole week but with the fast service I was able to complete my week task in 2 hours. The rate I was given was fair, it was roughly $108 for the first month. The hours of access were manageable, whenever I needed to go and grab something from the storage. It was available to me at the time. The security of having my own passcode made me feel more secure with my belongings at the storage. If I ever need storage again, this company is going to be the first company I hit up every time. I will also be sure to recommend all of my friends and family of this place if they ever need storage service. Thank you so much

Property was extremely clean and easily accessible

great, it was a little annoying that there were only two workers on the shift I was having my move-in day because there were a handful of guests who needed assistance at the same time, but the workers were friendly and handled it all wel,l and I didn't mind waiting

I really wish you would sweep the floors and pick up the dust in the hallways. Little dirty for a public company. Also, wish you would show some restrain in raising prices for long-term customers. Your price increases cause more space turnover and lost revenue.

When I measure my storage unit using a price per cubic foot metric, it is by far a better valued than other storage containers in the Mira Mes/Miramar area. The building is modern, clean, and air conditioned which allows me to bring in many other items that I keep indoors. The facility is also at a great location on Mira Mesa Blvd.

My experience with light senor where my storage is. Completely darkness and no light in my hallway. Want full refunds and move out before end of May.

Everyone I have talked to has been really nice but it would have been nice to know that the unit sizes are "approximate" sizes. It's not as big as they say although it looks right. For one the pillars for the building are taking up space in the unit. Also my 10x5 unit is not 5 feet deep so it kinda screwed me because my bed won't fit sideways like I was told it was going to. We will see how long I stay.

Everything was super easy on the website and when I got there everything was prepared and ready the walkthrough was fast easy convenient great service

The NEW Manager (J.R.) is amazing and PATIENT!! J.R. was VERY pleasant to deal with. This is my 3rd time switching my unit (downsizing each time) and the process flowed like a river.....EASY TRANSITION! Love this place and the new Manager J.R.!! :-)

Great people who care and who will work with you. I've rented a unit here for business use since 2008 and I appreciate how easy it has been to address any issues and to make arrangements for deliveries directly into my storage space. JR is a great property manager here

The rented unit and the building areas both inside and out are clean. It is climate controlled. very important for my storage items. The girl who rented me the storage unit was awesome. I would recommend friends and family to rent a unit. it is also very clean.

Wish the hours would be extended in the evening. I get off work at 6 only have 3 hours to get in load or unload and then get out. I store my motorcycle there so I like to ride it once in a while but its tough with a 3 hour window.
