got a reduced intro rate, planned to move out asap before half price runs out. They pro-rated from 1st of month so only got 50% off 45 days. The phone # changed and was not updated online so they were messaging me about an issue and leaving old # also in e-mail. Had to physically go there during office hours and they were like nevermind about the issue. Then a rat ate cellophane in unit and when I was moving out the crumbs got scattered. No broom in building, and only one for the entire facility you have to ask for. They charged me $40 and wanted to charge $100 which is insanity. Also they do not refund any remaining balance. I asked for a broom at the end and the guy didn't even bring it. Screw this place.

I found this place online and saw a discount if I reserved the price online. I did so, seeing that the discount applied for a 2-3 month period. When I showed up, the guy at the counter pulled up my reserved price and then shocked me by telling me I had to pay for the 2-3 months all at once. When I told him that sounds off, as other competitors go month to month, he said "Well, we know some people only want to rent for a month, so we make them pay for all of the discounted months, so they don't take off after one." That's foolish! But it gets worse. Because of this bait and switch nonsense I had to hear, when thinking I was getting a great bargain, I went to their competitor around the corner, who doesn't play such unprofessional games. A month later I get an email saying "You haven't paid your rent. You owe us (lots of money) for being late and for late fees. If you don't pay, your unit will be locked and all of your belongings will be sold..." It even showed a unit number. Well, I NEVER SIGNED UP for this place. All I did was "reserve" a price for a discounted bargain of 2-3 months at a lower price. I never signed a contract, never gave my credit card or anything. I replied to this email and explained the above and demanded my name be removed, as I have never once even been passed the front door of the office; never even going through their gate to the storage areas. I got another email "THREAT" from the location manager, once again telling me that I owed several months of payments and late fees and that my unit was going to be locked and I couldn't get my stuff out. I NEVER STORED MY STUFF HERE, NEVER SIGNED AN AGREEMENT, NEVER GAVE MY CARD INFO. I never set foot in the gate! This is fraud! And when I pointed all of this out to the manager in a reply, he didn't apologize, but say "You don't owe anything, it's taken care of." FIRE THE MANAGER AND PERSON WHO ATTACHED A UNIT TO MY NAME without my signature or agreement to rent on any paper work! Liars

Great customer service, great location, and great price! Havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t been using it for long, but Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m already satisfied with my unit. Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s easy to get in and out, it was clean upon purchase, and the high security throughout the place is a plus.

Very nice facility, with a wide range of units to suit every need. The availability of four wheel carts to aid in the access the inside units is a definite plus.

Very clean & great customer service

As you walk toward your space the lights come on and I didn't need a flashlight once there. The cart that is almost always there for carrying heavy objects right by the door as you go in. I get a little nervous about my monthly bills but I can't find a better, safer place to store some of the items that I don't need with me at all times. I will eventually move into a place where all my stuff will be just outside in a garage but until that time comes I'm very happy with the hours during which I can get at my stuff from 6am until 10pm which is much better than the last storage unit I had and way more secure as well Thanks !

Currently renting a 10x15 unit from this location. The staff are friendly and the rental process was relatively quick and easy. My only complaint would be that the pricing is a tad high. Other than that, it has been a nice experience so far.

Beautiful facility. Extremely clean and the office staff was very helpful explaining everything and getting me set up. I felt very safe leaving my belongings here.

I called around to near by storage places and no one had room for a 25' truck except for the Spring Valley SecureSpace. As I only needed a space for a month and a half, got a great deal as they give one month free rent. Am I a happy camper? You bet I am.

I spoke to Miguel, who is the manager, and he was really helpful and super nice. He was very upfront about the unit and I saw how clean the facility and units were and I was really impressed. I highly recommend this place. Awesome customer service!!!!

Easy process, havenﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t rented a storage in awhile, be good to explain how it works to get in and out with code...

The guys in the front desk were really helpful, they showed us how to install the unique lock and where exactly the storage unit was. He even showed us tips and tricks to lock it if it were to get stuck.

This is the first time in over 10 years that I needed a storage unit, I arrived at SecureStorage to a new clean storage facility. I liked that everything was ground level and a metal building. The monthly cost of the unit in my price range and location is relatively close to my house.

This storage facility is awesome and the space is phenomenal. If I had to choose again SecureSpace self storage is by far the best choice I've made. I recommend to all my friends and family.
