So easy from first contact. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable. 5 star all the way!! The nicest staff.

Expensive for space. Insurance prices not listed online. Lots of hidden fees only explained in person. Rep that helped (Leah) was really helpful and did a good job.

Everything went smoothly in storing my daughterﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s dorm essentials. The paperwork was easily done by the manager, and the staff is very helpful. Very clean facility.

Nice clean facility. Pricing isnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t bad for the cleanliness and security of the facility. A couple hidden fees on move in but nothing outrageous.

I was not informed about moving in before 6 pm so that the person in charge could unlock the unit. I arrived at 8 pm with my stuff as well as my friends stuff- we had around 20 boxes only to find out we had no access to the unit. We tried calling the helpline number and were told everyone lives far off and wonﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t be able to make it. Since I was leaving the country the next morning at 8 am there was no way I would be able to keep my stuff in the unit. I had paid for 6 months altogether. After waiting and asking for help for over an hour nothing worked. My friend had to leave with her stuff and as I was waiting for my car, I received a call saying someone is on their way. Mind you, if I received the call a min later I would have left the place without having to keep my stuff.

Process was honed posted online. Time limit to enter should be extended without direct deposit.

The place is great with great staff but since it is so affordable the people around there take advantage of it.

I was looking to rent a storage unit and call some of the other places first and no one would answer the phone. So then I called StorQuest and Edwin answered and was very helpful explaining about the different unit prices. I came in the next day and Julie showed me the unit which was perfect for my needs, she showed me everything that I needed to know and we signed the paperwork in no time and we put some things in the storage unit that day. I was very impressed with StorQuest and their staff.

Julie at this location was extremely helpful. She helped me understand the price differences between floors. Julie greeted me with a smile and friendliness. It's a great feeling knowing that their still employee's who work as customer service, really practice customer service.

Fast response to initial email. Staff tried hard to get answers to my standard and not so standard questions. I miss having any small trash can and an area to recycle boxes as in some competitors.

Price is decent. New facility so itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s clean and security is top notch. Access is limited to 10pm Mon-Sat and 5pm Sundayﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s. It made it difficult to get my household goods all in on a Saturday with the rental truck only being available to rent at 3pm but other than that great place.

Was looking online for a storage unit near my house I'm moving to. Found this one right between work and home so I decided to move in. I was able to come in and see the unit before signing anything and was very impressed. Furniture carts available for customer use, elevators for the upper levels and bathrooms just in case. I also love that you get longer access hours if you sign up for auto-pay.

Really like the place, got what I needed for my needs. Was kinda surprised by the mandatory insurance but it wasn't an extravagant price. My sons like it too.

It was cleaner than any place iv'e seen. New building along with nice amentaties such as private gate access, A/C, Late hours from 6am-10pm, and a sense of security. I couldn't be more satisfied. I spoke with the front desk representative Ceasar. He's definataly one outstanding guy to work with. Like i said, Will rent from again and again!. - Suni S.

Amazing how attentative, quickly processed, and pleasurable the entire process is with these guys. The front desk represenatatives are a blast to conversate too!(I guess you can call them sales reps) lol and to top it off, the rates are a greatly fair deal especially given its a brand new facility with all the accommodations and the 1st Month is only a $1? That like a quarter gallon of gasoline! Lol check these guys out!
