Manager is really great, pricing is very good, the unit is a 20ﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ shipping container that was clean and ventilated.

In and out quickly, paperwork was simple, and staff was friendly.

I have extreme anxiety. That being said the Manager was very easy to talk with down to earth. I had a great move in experience.

It was so easy to reserve my unit online and I was amazed at how spacious the entire facility is! Wow! I am able to drive up to my unit and have plenty of space and when I say plenty I mean PLENTY of space to park and move my belongings into my unit. I have never been to any other storage facilities like this one. If I could I would give it 6 stars! Seriously, no nonsense, I am very happy that I found USA Storage. By far the best storage unit I have ever had! Thank you so very much for making my life so much easier!

As of 01/30/2023, the main gate(only gate on property to gain access to your storage unit) is broken and no rush to fix it. Access hrs are Monday- Saturday 9am-5pm, closed on Sunday zero access on Sunday no matter what! Don't listen to the person on the phone, as your call is redirected to a call center. You're not calling the actual office in spring valley. Understand equipment breaks from time to time, and the staff have to answer the same questions over and over, so they tend to get a little salty. Don't even try going on Sunday. You will waste your time, gas, and if your not careful you might anger the guy who lives there. He works hard Monday- Saturday 9am-5pm. And constantly has to be repeat himself over and over again. Sometimes to the same customer, because they don't understand why they can't get to there stuff when they are following directions from call center and they are with the time frame posted on the gate.

I had a bad experience with U store it in Otay . It was refreshing to experience great customer service, no attitude and an experience manager on site. This property is in a quiet safe cul-de-sac. ﾃｰﾅｸ窶伉催ｰﾅｸﾂ､ﾅｸ

I like the unit and size I got love the hours I can come to storage very flexible and convenient also I like the fact that the storage facility is out of the way of a major street or road.

.Manager and front desk very great customrr service. Very helpful, ran into a few issues but they patiently walked me threw everything, until I completely understood and fixed the issue with me. Thank you guys

the people there were super friendly and helpful. and i like that you have access until 10 pm

Front desk lady was very nice and helpful. She waited for me 10 minutes past closing time. Place was very clean and quiet. I drove up there and hang out for an hour or so taking some stuff out and putting some in everytime I go.

Great experience with ease of securing a unit. Very helpful & friendly staff. Best rates we found. Entire property, including the office & storage unit is well maintained and clean. The units are easily accessible. Security is great with 24 hour camera surveillance and on site live in security. Definitely recommend!
