Trojan Storage of Sorrento Valley

I had a great experience with Trojan Storage. The facility is clean, secure, very good mobile app easy to use, and well-maintained, which gave me peace of mind. The customer service was outstanding—super helpful and friendly, making the whole moving process so much easier. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for storage!

Top notch experience. Great service. Very good space. Even better price (even with obligatory insurance). Convenient app/technology/bluetooth through the phone to access the renal. All in all, pretty darn cool.

Weﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢re are not done with the move so far this facility looks good

The facility is very nice and super clean! The customer service is fantastic, always helpful and personable. Leo was great with communicating with me prior to move in and is always easily available through call or text. He did a great job orienting me to the facility upon move-in and is wonderful at his job! Also, the lock system on the storage units were just updated to an electronic system that you can utilize via app. The entire facility has such convenient and user friendly electronic security systems that are safe and secure but don't make it a headache for customers. I highly recommend this facility. No complaints!

My friend and I went. Got one quickly. Leo at the front desk was nice, professional and showed us how to get to our storage unit. Really clean besides other customers recently leaving trash that he notated to go pick up after our walk through. We feel our stuff will be safe there for awhile until we can get it to my new home in a few months

Nice location, Leo and Dana are absolutely the best management team at the location. Great customer service, they know there facility. Facility is clean, location is nice & smells clean. Price was the best in the county of SD, they looking to help yoi out not overpriced. And Jake at the call center-5 stars to him for his customer service, he went above & beyond.

Even before I booked, Leo who responds on phone is such a nice person to talk to and you immediately feel comfortable with all your questions answered. He is always ready to help out. The move in was very smooth and gets my 5 stars in all areas

Yes so I was going to get an upstairs unit and paperwork and everything went very quickly however when I started to move in I realized that there was a slight problem with the lift taking your items to the second floor and so without hesitation they fix that problem for me and put me in a different unit and I was on the ground floor and I'm very happy with my unit I'm not paying the roll up pull up price but I'm on the first floor and it's right inside the door so it's wonderful easy to load and unload. I had picked out a different unit actually on that first floor but the manager showed me an excellent unit instead and I was so happy. The paperwork is easy and smooth easy entrance and exit the only thing I wish that they had was larger four wheel carts but it definitely holds plenty to wheel into your storage. The manager even took it upon himself to take care of the fee for switching units which I was greatly appreciative for.

Super easy move in process, everyone was friendly and ready to help, including other people storing their items. A great promotional price!

I absolutely loved how fast the management office took care of me. I was out of there within 30 minutes, paperwork signed, they even allowed me a great discount and pay off plan for the rest of the bill to take care of later within a few weeks. I absolutely adore the staff. They have been so kind with me and have been gracious to me understanding my situation of being unable to pay on time due yo fraud on my account. They allowed me to settle it and workout a date to pay off my balance and continue service with them. I absolutely recommend them. They have a very nice clean facility and spacious storage units. 10x10 unit for me and it is practically the size of a decent sized garage. Donﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t waste your time! Get your unit while they have their discounts and great prices still available!

Itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a brand new facility with freight elevators and itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a great price. Very helpful staff and you are able to come and go as you please. Very quiet and so far the tenants are your average people. Respectable place to keep your belongings.

a little bit of a bait and switch, when I signed up it was $45 when I got there it was $55 but still well worth it. All the paperwork that was sent to me said $55, but I didn't read it or I would have questioned it sooner.

I worked with Dana mostly n he was very thorough about everything.Both Dana n Leo were extremely polite n kind.Unit was very clean as well. Sadly to say, but once my 3onths are up at the $60 price, I will have to leave because then my price goes up to $120 n I can't come close to affording it due to me being disabled. I think very highly of these 2 men. Kind, considerate n helpful in all ways. Thanks guys!

The price is fantastic , the people friendly , and the facility is clean and easy to locate. Would recommend to my friends and family . Gate hours are 6 am to 9 pm. Just perfect !

As Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m trying get organized in my new chapter of life I could not have been more thrilled to have found this gem of a property for storage. When I emailed some questions I was met with a terrific, quick response. I then met with Dana at the property and what another find he is!!! So polite and knowledgeable. I just wasnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t sure what size unit I was going to need and he walked through the property and showed me the options available and took the time I needed to make a decision. This property is getting a fantastic remodel so yes itﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s a little dusty but honestly Iﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢m very impressed with the cleanliness of the units as well as safety. Now for the best part! In case you didnﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢t think what I said was enough good newsﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ.I feel the value of the monthly payment is very very good! Much better then anywhere else I was looking at! So Value, Amazing Service and Great Locationﾃ｢竄ｬﾂｦ..go no further this is where you want to store your precious items.

Very good accesible location, clsi to 805 FWY. Clean and well illuminated, secure facilities. Plus, excellent customer service from soareboot rental Agencyﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s agent, and also from the Trojan Storage Facilityﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢s manager Leo.

I have rented here for a year and there are times you can't even get to your unit. The asphaslt is torn up and they wont tell you when it will be fixed. They have trashed cars and containers in aisles so you cant unload while someone tried to pass you. The main gate design is horrible as you can get a truck in or out of it only cars. They keep raising rent while quality goes down. Break in was attempeted on my unit and they said they have no security cameras on it.

I picked this location because of the 3 months for 1/2 price online deal. I was impressed with Leo who I spoke with on the phone a couple of times and who also checked me in along with another guy. They were both extremely friendly and helpful. My unit is upstairs inside and I had forgotten how hot it gets in storage buildings. It looks like the entire place is either still under construction or getting a major remodel. I don't remember having to purchase insurance at other storage facilities like I did here. Over all, so far so good.

Whoever the Customer Service Agent was that checked me in, he was Asian, did an outstanding job! When I arrived he was the only person running the whole facility while everyone else was gone. This very nice and polite gentleman came off his lunch break, when he couldﾃ｢竄ｬ邃｢ve told me to come back later, and he went through the whole check in process including showing me the unit. Foregoing his lunch to serve the customer...that is called going above and beyond to satisfy the customer. Excellent job!
